Advertised pricing for products are subject to change at any time and all offers will be subject to availability of stock.
Insurance for freight or delivery is not included. Delivery times will be estimates only and SCC will not guarantee the performance of it’s delivery agents.
Refunds or replacement for defective or damaged goods will be made only where SCC have been notified by telephone or email detailing the nature of defect or damage. All claims will be subject to verification of the defect or damage by SCC or the product manufacturer and will be subject to the manafacturers warranty conditions. Upon return of the defective or damaged goods to SCC, SCC will at it’s discretion repair or replace the product.
Non defective goods may be returned and a refund will be given where such goods are returned to SCC or it’s agents at the purchasers expense, unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee, you will also have to re-imburse our original postage costs ($25 for machines, $10 for masks).
Standard warranty is 2 years for CPAP pumps and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Standard warranty for battery products is 3 months from date of purchase.
All warranty repairs will be undertaken subject to the goods being returned to SCC at the purchaser’s expense. SCC and their agents will supply a loan CPAP pump without charge whilst warranty repairs are carried out provided that the purchaser collects the loan pump from SCC or pays for postage.
Goods collected at a store location may attract a fee if service and or consultation is required.
CPAP equipment supplied via this website is subject to special online only pricing. Any products purchased from our service providers outlet will usually incur higher fees and costs.
Any liability that may arise in relation to supply and use of goods or provision of service shall be limited at the option of SCC to the cost of replacing the goods or service, offering equivalent goods or service or the equivalent monetary value.

Within Australia, we offer FREE Regular Post (5-10 business days depending on location) for orders above $99.00 or express post for ($10 per order, 4-8 business days, trackable). Super Cheap CPAP can not be held responsible for Item lost by Australia Post. We will however work with customers to provide replacement equipment at cost prices.
You can pay securely online with PayPal, we also accept bank transfer or you can pay over the phone via credit card
If it's faulty, we'll replace or refund it. If you change your mind, you can get a store credit for unused and resaleable items ONLY within 30 days.
